About the Role

  • Lead cost planning from project inception to completion, ensuring financial viability and value optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements, present estimates, and build trust.
  • Manage estimates for Design & Construct projects, balancing creativity with cost efficiency.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in construction estimating across various sectors.
  • Strong understanding of first principles estimating and cost management.
  • Exceptional communication and client-facing skills.
  • Track record in successfully delivering D&C projects.
  • Proficiency with estimating software and tools, CostX, Buildsoft, or similar.
