Your Role

Your passion and enthusiasm will see you lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, educators, families to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of your program and flexible routines.

Provide creative learning experiences in both our spacious outdoor environment and well-resourced playroom..

You will have knowledge of the EYLF, transition statements and understand of the NQF/NQS and work in compliance with all regulations to meet the high standards.

Build strong relationships with the local community.

To be considered, you will have:

  • Current Queensland Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
  • Have Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
  • Be child safety focused
  • Prior experience in early learning and care centres
  • Have Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be confident to lead a classroom environment
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF and QLD Kindergarten Guidelines
  • Values inline with our organisations values, mission and vision
  • Have the right to work in Australia
