THE POSITION

As the Pre Delivery Costing Clerk you will be responsible for managing the preparation of vehicles as requested by the sales departments, to ensure an efficient delivery to the customer.

DUTIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Ensuring job cards are closed within the time required.
• Ensuring accuracy with data processing.
• Reducing and managing FUFU's.
• Reconciliation of profit sheets.
• Ensuring parts costings are completed with accuracy.
• Resolving job card issues in a timely manner.
• Relief scheduling to cover holidays.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Experience in the Automotive industry would be advantageous.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Previous Tune experience is ideal, but is not essential.
