Join a progressive family farm in the heart of the Eyre Peninsula

At Bilyana Park, we are a hands-on family farming business focused on broadacre cropping and sheep production. We're located at Kyancutta in South Australia and are looking for a motivated, reliable, and skilled Senior Farm Hand to join our team and be part of the seasonal operations that keep the farm running — from seeding to harvest, lambing to shearing, and everything in between.

What You'll Bring

  • Broadacre and/or livestock experience (3+ years ideal)
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Machinery operation and mechanical aptitude
  • Initiative and ability to work unsupervised
  • Comfortable with technology or willing to learn ag-tech systems
  • Current driver's licence (HR or HC preferred)
  • Forklift licence and police clearance (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role

You will assist with, but not be limited to:

  • Operating and maintaining modern farm machinery
  • Assisting with livestock husbandry and paddock work
  • Participating in seasonal operations: seeding, spraying, harvest, fencing, water systems
  • Using on-farm technology (e.g. AgWorld)
  • General farm and machinery maintenance
  • Working independently and as part of a small, supportive team
