About the Role
We're recruiting Speech Pathologist at all levels from Associate to Senior to join our collaborative team. This is a flexible, community-based role where you'll be supported to grow in the direction that suits you best.
As a Community Speech Pathologist, you'll:
- Provide mobile speech pathology services to a variety of clients, including NDIS, aged care, and other community-based clients.
- Deliver support in communication therapy, swallowing assessments, mealtime management, and AAC interventions.
- Develop and implement tailored, evidence-based therapy plans aligned with client goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic, person-centred care.
- (Senior roles) Offer informal mentoring to early-career clinicians and students, supporting their growth.
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation aligned with best-practice clinical standards.
About You
We welcome applicants across the experience spectrum – what matters most is your clinical integrity, enthusiasm, and alignment with our values. You'll need:
- SPA registration and relevant tertiary qualifications.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred. (Senior roles: 3+ years with leadership mindset.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients, families, and stakeholders.
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to share and learn as part of a team.
- Professional indemnity insurance, current driver's licence, and reliable vehicle for community work.
