Join our established local company with a strong commitment to safe work practices.  Work for a highly regarded business employing approximately 80 staff.  We supply a wide range of 4WD and Fleet accessories, including Heavy Duty Ute Trays, Canopies, Toolboxes, Explosive boxes, Laser cutting and component fabrication.  Our services cater to retail, commercial and industrial clients, specialising in touring, mine spec and fleet vehicle fit-outs.

We are currently seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic and cohesive team.  Our focus is on outstanding customer service, personal relationships and delivering high-quality products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Problem-solving skills to develop concept and turn customer ideas into final products.
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone and via email.
  • Attention to detail - for accurate in quoting and job preparation.
  • The ability to Thrive in a fast paced environment, and work will within a diverse team
  • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and building relationships.
  • Self motivation and have strong organizational skills

Ideally, you will be someone who always goes the extra mile, has a passion for what they do and above all prides themselves on their reliability and integrity.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Handling counter, phone and email enquiries - Retail and Fleet
  • Conducting counter sales
  • Quoting and ensuring accurate build specs
  • Following up with customers
  • Creating accurate job cards
  • Payment processing
  • Handling stock, merchandising and general housekeeping
  • Processing orders and maintaining data bases

As a team member working in the customer facing, front line of the business, you will work standard business hours Monday to Friday.  At this stage, no Saturday roster applies, but this may be reviewed in the future.
