Practice Leader
to join our growing Operations Team in the Launceston area. If you're ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you

  • Full-time role or Part-Time role
  • Based in the Launceston
  • Lead a team of dedicated support professionals

About The Role
As a Practice Leader, you'll guide and support a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve lives.

  • Supervise and mentor support professionals
  • Promote best practice through coaching and modelling
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration across your team
  • Lead service delivery aligned with organisational values and goals
  • Build team capability to meet strategic objectives
  • Ensure quality outcomes for clients through responsive support

What You'll Need
To ensure safety and compliance, successful candidates must hold:

  • A current Working with Vulnerable People Check with NDIS endorsement
  • National Police Check (or happy to obtain)
