We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice of The Dental Co.
This isn't just a reception job — you'll guide patients through their entire journey with us, from first call to completed treatment, ensuring they feel welcomed, cared for, and supported.

We're right at the entrance to Chapel Street, South Yarra — close to public transport and all-day parking.

What You'll Do- Welcome and support patients throughout their visit
- Manage bookings, schedules, and treatment plans
- Handle patient accounts and financial arrangements
- Follow up treatment leads and outstanding care
- Support the team with daily admin tasks
- 2+ years' experience in reception, administration, or customer service (healthcare or dental experience highly valued)
- Confident, personable communicator
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Proactive and professional — you like keeping things organised
(Dental or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential.) - Must have full Australian working rights
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
