About the role:

You'll be the trusted face of our property management division — building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing expert guidance, and helping identify new opportunities to strengthen and grow the portfolio.

What we're looking for:

• Solid experience in residential property management
• Minimum 3-4 years of residential property management experience
• Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to think strategically
• Confidence in handling all aspects of property management
• Experience with major property management software platforms (preferably Ailo)
• A genuine care for people and a drive to see the business grow
• Current Queensland real estate licence required
• Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
