What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in residential property management
- Minimum 3-4 years of residential property management experience
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive mindset and ability to think strategically
- Confidence in handling all aspects of property management
- Experience with major property management software platforms (preferably Ailo)
- A genuine care for people and a drive to see the business grow
- Current Queensland real estate licence required
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship required
What you'll enjoy:
- Working with a supportive, community-minded team that values integrity and initiative
- Freedom to bring your ideas to life and shape how we grow
- Starting with a small manageable portfolio
- Ability to build and grow the property management division
- A trusted brand with deep local roots and national strength
- Recognition for your contribution — both with clients and within our team
- Working in a modern, beautifully renovated office designed to inspire and support you
