The Opportunity

As a Café Collaborator, you will play a key role in growing the presence of MILKLAB across cafes throughout Western Australia. You'll engage directly with café owners, baristas, and key decision-makers to build strong relationships, increase product awareness, and drive sales through sampling, education, and service excellence.

This is a dynamic, customer-facing role ideal for someone passionate about the café scene, who enjoys working independently, and thrives on creating meaningful connections in the market.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with café owners, baristas, and key stakeholders across your territory.
  • Promote MILKLAB by offering samples (paired with coffee) and showcasing the features and benefits of the product range.
  • Provide thoughtful MILKLAB-branded gifts and collateral to thank customers for their support.
  • Plan and manage your weekly territory visits to ensure optimal coverage and impact.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing follow-ups, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gather and report on market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Participate actively in weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.

What you'll bring

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • High levels of energy, resilience, and persistence in achieving goals.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to present ideas that add value for customers.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, or hospitality role is highly regarded.
