About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Transport Allocator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in vehicle logistics, either in car carrying or towing, and will be responsible for coordinating the efficient dispatch and scheduling of our fleet across interstate and metro routes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate and dispatch drivers for daily transport jobs across Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
  • Liaise with clients and depots to confirm schedules and transport needs
  • Monitor GPS and transport software to track vehicle movements and update job statuses
  • Assist with compliance to NHVR, fatigue management, and vehicle load requirements
  • Handle on-road issues and reschedule deliveries as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transport allocation, preferably in car carrying or towing
  • Strong understanding of transport laws, fatigue management & logistics software
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and transport scheduling systems
