Operating for over 32 years, Pool Pro is an Australian family-owned manufacturer and wholesale supplier of pool and spa products. Our growing company needs more team members.

We are seeking a highly energetic, hardworking and self-motivated Production Team Member. This is a full-time position. There will be chemical handling involved, so prior experience and a strong commitment to Safety are essential.

Previous Manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment will be advantageous.  We will train the right candidate.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the key duties & responsibilities are:

  • Machine operations
  • Packaging product
  • Completing stock packing requirements within assigned time frames
  • Completing and maintaining paperwork
  • Being a Team Player
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the Production facility
  • General production duties as directed
  • Forklift operation is an advantage, but not essential

To be successful in this role, you MUST possess the following:

  • Must have a current forklift ticket.
  • Terrific accuracy & numeracy as well as good English skills.
  • Ability to work well unsupervised.
  • Ability to take direction from others.
  • Be physically fit.
  • Normal work hours, but must be flexible with work hours.
  • Must have a current driver's licence.
  • Be available for immediate start.

The role involves working as part of a team, so communication skills are essential.  You will need to be a safety focused worker, have a great set of work ethics and be a reliable team member.  You also need your own transport and 2 contactable referees.
