About The Role
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Shift Leader, you'll work side by side with the Restaurant Manager to run a smooth, high-performing restaurant that delivers unforgettable experiences every shift, every guest. You'll help build team culture, drive performance, and make sure every guest walks away satisfied (and maybe with a tub of tabouli in hand).

Whether you've already been in an Assistant Manager role or you're a seasoned Shift Leader ready to grow, this is your opportunity to take the next step with a brand that backs its people.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting daily restaurant operations and being the Restaurant Manager's trusted partner
  • Leading the team with energy, clarity, and heart
  • Training and coaching staff for growth and efficiency
  • Delivering consistent, top-tier guest service (and feast-worthy food)
  • Managing rosters and team scheduling
  • Helping hit KPIs and supporting financial performance
  • Ensuring Food Safety, cleanliness, and WHS standards are always on point
  • Staying ahead of stock so the Famous Garlic Sauce never runs out

About You

  • You've led teams in a QSR or fast-paced hospitality setting
  • You're currently an Assistant Manager or an experienced Shift Leader ready to step up
  • You bring a calm, confident leadership style that earns trust
  • You're passionate about food, people, and great service
  • You're a strong communicator who lifts others up
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • You've completed (or are willing to complete) your Food Safety Supervisor certification
