• Oversee and manage the daily operations of both local and offshore drafting teams.
• Report directly to management on team performance and project progress.
• Handle job processing, escalation, and allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide training on new and emerging changes within Homag IX IMOS software. Training Provided
• Collaborate closely with the Production factory to foster a strong working relationship and identify opportunities to improve joinery assembly processes and methods derived from drafting.

• Proven experience and a strong background in CAD-based cabinet and joinery drafting.
• Ideal candidates will have expertise in Homag IX IMOS software; however, demonstrated experience in similar CAD software for cabinet and joinery drafting is highly desirable.
• Prior experience as a manager and team leader, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring drafting teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
