Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part-time Permanent Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our soon to open Lilydale, VIC store. This role is 20hrs/week minimum, with Monday-Friday availability required.

As an integral member of the Lilydale 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together

As a Team member your role will include

  • Creating a passionate and unique shopping experience for our customers,
  • Together with your team create the 'Bestie' culture in store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
  • Drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store.
  • Ensuring the sales floor is fully merchandised and replenished.
  • Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.

As a Bestie Retail Team member, you are recognised as someone who has:

  • 2-3 years' experience in retail in a high volume store (preferred)
  • Really passionate about customer experience
  • Positive attitude - we can teach the rest
  • Eager to learn
  • Desire to develop your career in retail
