Hallstone Constructions' is seeking an Experienced Concreter to join our team in Bundaberg, QLD.

Applicants must have experience in placing and finishing concrete.

As an Experienced Concreter, you will be responsible for the construction, maintenance, and repair of concrete structures and surfaces. This is an essential role that plays a vital part in the success of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and pouring concrete foundations, slabs, and other structures
  2. Finishing concrete surfaces by trowelling, grinding, or polishing
  3. Repairing and maintaining existing concrete structures
  4. Ensuring work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications
  5. Collaborating with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and masons, to complete construction tasks
  6. Maintaining a clean and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in placing and finishing concrete
  2. Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques
  3. Familiarity with the use of concrete tools and equipment, such as vibrators, trowels, and power saws
  4. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  5. Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols
  6. Strong communication and teamwork skills
