We are seeking a motivated and experienced dental practice manager to join our state of the art dental practice Trusted Dental in the heart of Gold Coast. Our current lovely practice manager is leaving dental field to explore other areas and is going to help with the transition and necessary trainings.

Our busy dental practice has four treatment rooms and is constantly growing. Trusted dental premises was purpose built and the team are dedicated to deliver highest level of quality of care to our valued patients. The practice is equipped with high-end dental chairs and most advanced dental equipment and has a great reputation for it's customer service and care.

We thrive on being a fun and friendly team who constantly encourages spirit of teamwork and healthy work environment.

Job requirements:

  • Past dental practice management experience
  • Organized and able to multi task
  • Knowledge of dental 4 windows software
  • Exceptional Communication skills and patient management
  • HR skills in order to keep the working environment happy, balanced and healthy
  • Adequate knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook.
  • Understanding of practice financials and budgeting
  • Positive attitude

The following are considered bonus skills to have (non essential):

  • Marketing skills and ideas (support will be provided)
  • History of management degree or courses

The full time role is 9 days a fortnight with having a day off every second week (no weekend work is required). Further details will be provided upon application.
