Scope Doors and Windows is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Glazing Estimator to join our growing team in Toowoomba. Specialising in high-quality aluminium glazing systems, we supply and install a wide range of custom door and window solutions across South East and Western Queensland, with a strong focus on Alspec products. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-regarded and progressive company in the commercial and residential glazing sector.

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on architectural drawings, specifications, and site information.

• Interpret building plans and glazing schedules to determine material and labour requirements.

• Liaise with builders, architects, suppliers, and internal departments to clarify project details.

• Provide technical advice and support regarding Alspec systems and product options.

• Maintain a strong understanding of current market pricing, industry trends, and supplier offerings.

• Ensure all estimates align with company standards, profitability goals, and client expectations.

• Assist with contract handover to operations, providing clear documentation and follow-up support.

• Previous experience in estimating, preferably in the glazing, aluminium window, or construction industry.

• Solid understanding of glazing systems – experience with Alspec products is highly regarded.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in pricing and specification.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software (e.g. V6 (preferred), Logikal, or similar).

• A team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Full-time position based in Toowoomba with opportunities to work on a wide range of projects across Queensland.
