About the Role

We're looking for a highly experienced and quality-driven Flexographic Printer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hands-on role for a skilled technician who takes pride in precision, consistency, and craftsmanship.

You'll be operating industry-standard equipment and expected to deliver top-tier results with minimal supervision. If you're known for your attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality — we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain Mark Andy 2200 and Mark Andy E3 flexographic presses
• Set up jobs accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistent high-quality output
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform routine maintenance
• Monitor ink levels, plate alignment, and substrate performance
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards
• Collaborate with production and QA teams to meet client expectations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in flexographic printing (more highly regarded)
• Proven ability to run Mark Andy 2200 and E3 presses with minimal supervision
• Strong mechanical aptitude and commitment to quality control
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High attention to detail and pride in producing premium-grade work
• Willingness to work rotating shifts or fixed hours as required
• Commitment to a 6-month probationary period
