Chef

We are modern Italian restaurant specialising in authentic pizzas, handmade pastas, and contemporary Italian dishes. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes to a high standard

• Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all menu items

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

• Assist with stock control management and kitchen organisation

• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Italian cuisine

• Strong knowledge of authentic Italian cooking techniques and ingredients

• Ability to work under pressure during busy service periods.

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
