The Church of Pentecost Sydney West District is seeking a passionate and committed trumpet player to join our Praise and Worship ministry.

We are currently inviting applications from musicians who can bring depth and richness to worship during our Sunday services (9 AM – 10:30 AM).

The role involves:

  • Playing trumpet as part of the Praise and Worship team during weekly services
  • Supporting congregational singing and musical arrangements with skillful brass accompaniment
  • Collaborating with singers, instrumentalists, and worship leaders to create a spirit-filled worship atmosphere

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be consistently available on Sunday mornings
  • Possess strong timing, pitch, and ensemble-playing skills
  • Be open to learning and contributing to both traditional and contemporary worship songs
  • Have prior experience playing trumpet in a band, ensemble, or live setting (formal training is valued but not required)
