About the role

We're looking for a confident and capable Centre Director who can bring out the best in their team and centre. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the service's culture, strengthening family relationships, and creating an inspiring environment that supports every child to thrive.

In this role, you will
  • Guide, mentor and motivate a team of dedicated educators
  • Build meaningful partnerships with families and the local community
  • Support centre growth by driving occupancy and enrolments
  • Uphold high standards of compliance, safety and educational quality
  • Nurture a welcoming, inclusive and engaging atmosphere for children and staff
What we're looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Early Childhood or Long Day Care
  • Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF and sector regulations
  • A positive, people-focused leadership style with strong interpersonal skills
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and WWCC
