$37-$41 per hour
At GrainCorp, we're proud of our roots and the people who help us grow. Whether you're working at a receival site, on the tools, or managing operations, your work matters here.
This role contributes by:
- Looking after our Lake Cargelligo, Euabalong West and Naradhan site, supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
- Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
- Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
- Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
- Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
- Managing site budget
- Supervisory experience, HR Truck Licence and exposure to Grains is highly beneficial
