This role contributes by:

  • Looking after our Lake Cargelligo, Euabalong West and Naradhan site, supervising a team of grain handlers ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently
  • Assisting the Site Manager and Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain during both normal and peak season periods
  • Managing the grain receivals and outload in safe and efficient manner.
  • Developing and maintaining business relationships, specifically with growers and customers; and maintain awareness of local priorities and issues.
  • Developing & maintaining effective Grower group/s and dealing closely with internal and external customers
  • Managing site budget
  • Supervisory experience, HR Truck Licence and exposure to Grains is highly beneficial
