Telesales Advisor

Job is simple ,Close warm leads. Anyone with experience in solar sales, Heat Pump and Air Con (under VEU program) over the phone will fit in this role. If you have been selling electricity and telco products, we may consider your application.

Appointment booking or tele sales experience will he helpful to climb up the ladder.

Be Team Leader after 6 months, if you can deliver and hit targets and earn $150k OTE.

We sell and promote products under VEU Program (AirCon, Heat Pump etc) and Solar industry Our Office is located in Kensington, VIC with 2 train stations just at 3-5 min walk.

The Role…

Close Warm leads over the phone.

Qualifying the customers based on criteria provided by company.

Overcome objections with quality conversations.

Provide recommendations to meet the needs of the customer.

Admin and clerical task related to sales.

Assisting team members in day to day activity.

To be successful you need.…

Minimum 5 hours per day availability and 4 days a week.

High level of communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong desire to progress.

Punctual and want to be part of team.

No absenteeism.

Healthy and Optimistic.

Experience in Social Media Marketing will be helpful.

Uncapped commission on top of salary
