Mercedes-Benz Perth has a rewarding opportunity for a Costing Clerk to join our vibrant and collaborative team.

As a Costing Clerk your main focus is to maintain and process all new and used vehicle within the hub of Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Perth.  This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, colleagues and manufacturers across multiple sites.  

ROLE

• Deal Costing/Processing for vehicles in the new, used and wholesale department
• Used Vehicle Stocking and Disposal
• Daily Banking
• Archive and File Paperwork
• Relief Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
• Relief Vehicle licensing
• Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

YOU

• Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
• Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
• A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
• Excellent communications skills orally & written
• Self-motivated and task driven.
• Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
• Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
• Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is desirable
