We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trade Assistant to join our glazing team. This role will involve supporting qualified glaziers with the fabrication, installation, repair, and handling of glass products, including windows, doors and screens. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all workplace health and safety instructions.

Collaborate with ALL team members as to achieve consistent outcomes.

Be prepared to listen & complete tasks as shown by Blues Glass – Shower Screens workers.

Work with precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.

Assist in the Fabrication and installation of doors, windows, and related products.

Handle, load, and transport products safely.

Work in client's homes with care, respect & professionalism.

Perform general labouring duties and site clean-up.

Skills & Requirements:

Successful completion of police check & current Working with Vulnerable people.

Medical Assessment required - Must be physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting.

White Card (Construction Induction) (required or willingness to obtain).

Manual Light Rigid Driver's licence (required or willingness to obtain).

Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.

Previous experience in a trade or construction environment.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills.

Preferable

· Forklift Licence
