Crew Espresso Bar is a locally owned coffee spot in Belconnen, known for great coffee, good vibes, and friendly service. We're a small team that loves what we do — creating great coffee, connecting with our regulars, and keeping the weekdays buzzing.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a barista with great energy to join our crew. You'll be working the machine, taking orders, helping out wherever needed, and keeping the café running smoothly. It's a fast-paced spot, so you'll need to be quick on your feet and love being part of a team.

Looking for someone to start immediately if possible.

Key Responsibilities


• Make consistently great coffee and deliver it with a smile


• Take and process customer orders efficiently


• Keep the coffee and service areas clean and organised


• Work closely with the team to give every customer a great experience


• Help with setup, pack down, and general café duties

What We're Looking For


• Previous barista experience (preferred)


• Confident, friendly and customer-focused


• Reliable, punctual and proactive


• Works well under pressure in a busy environment


• Team player with good energy and a positive attitude

Details


• Location: Belconnen, ACT


• Hours: 25–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (no weekends)


• Pay: Competitive, based on experience
