Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PM Shift Manager, located in Bankstown, NSW. The PM Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the evening shift operations, ensuring timely and efficient processing of freight, managing a team of staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. Daily tasks include coordinating with other departments, monitoring performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and providing leadership to achieve service excellence.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
  • Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations in logistics
  • Flexibility to work during evening hours and on-site
  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, management, or business administration are a plus
