- Salary range: $110,357 - $127,333 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
- Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model
About the role
This role will work closely with the Equality Law Program management team. You will develop, implement and evaluate projects aimed at improving the program for our priority client groups. You will also coordinate our sexual harassment lived experience reference group, deepen our client centred and trauma-informed practice and build capacity and connections across the legal assistance sector. Additionally, you will foster engagement and strong relationships with our key stakeholders.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
About you
As our ideal candidate, you will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including service design, evaluation, reporting, developing a plan, working within a project management framework, managing budgets and risk.
- Ability to effectively manage your workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of the needs of clients who have had experienced discrimination, sexual harassment or violent crime, experience working with people with lived experience, and understanding of the importance of embedding lived experience in service design, delivery and evaluation to ensure that services are client-centred, trauma-informed and address intersectional experiences of discrimination.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the capacity to influence and negotiate with people across all levels
- Demonstrated experience working with organisations and/or services relevant to the role.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information and ideas to a wide audience, including people from different backgrounds.
