Want to be paid no less than 38 hours no matter what but only work until the job's done? Some days may be 10 hours ( extremely rare unless requested) some days might be 4-5 hours - depends on how busy we are & what season we're in Knock off when the jobs are done.

What We're Looking For

We want an Air conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic who:

  • Thrives where high standards are matched with the support to meet them.
  • Brings precision, energy, and problem-solving skills to every job.
  • Has personal and professional goals — and wants to be part of a top-tier team that works together to hit them.
  • Understands that being elite means being accountable — to yourself and to your team.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing split systems, ducted units, and commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Candidates with electrical trade qualification are welcome to apply for this A/C technician position

Must have Cert 111 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or looking to do a dual trade

Apprentices are welcome to apply for this position.

Current full Australian driver's licence required for site travel.

Australian working rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa) essential.

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

White Card (Construction Induction) and current First Aid certification preferred.
