We are a well-established and client-focused law firm seeking a highly organised and experienced Conveyancer to join our team. This full-time role supports our conveyancing team. We are based in Sandringham and Mornington. Hybrid and/or fully remote-work opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in residential and commercial property conveyancing
• Managing developments and off-the-plan sales
• Ability to manage files from contract to settlement independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Commitment to quality over volume - we care about excellence, not just output
• Commercial mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Confident using PEXA and Leap or similar systems
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong cultural fit - collaborative, positive, and accountable

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years' experience in a Conveyancing role
• Strong knowledge of Property Law and Conveyancing procedures
• Proficiency in legal software (e.g., LEAP, PEXA, Microsoft Office)
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
