We're a one-of-a-kind centre supporting people with Spinal Cord Injuries and neurological conditions through evidence-based recovery, genuine connection, and a whole lot of heart. Our space is bright, open, warm, and full of good energy — the type of place where families feel comfortable, clients feel supported, and our team feels at home.

We've recently expanded into our All Abilities Gym and opened our rejuvenating Recovery Zone (think: sauna, ice bath, compression boots , yes, it's as good as it sounds).

And now… we're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, people-loving Master Exercise Physiologist to join the fun.

• Designing and delivering personalised recovery programs for people with SCI and neurological conditions
• Running screenings, assessments, and creating safe, individualised interventions
• Keeping client notes tidy, accurate, and up-to-date (your future self will thank you)
• Working closely with case managers, funding bodies, and other professionals
• Attending team meetings, PD sessions, and contributing to our growth
• Being a team player — because collaboration is everything here
• Helping clients build confidence, independence, and connections within the community
• Supporting long-term lifestyle change (we love a success story)

• ESSA accreditation — Masters level Exercise Physiologist
• Experience with neurological and/or SCI clients
• Victorian Driver's Licence
• Professional indemnity + public liability insurance
• WWCC
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current CPR
• Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• A positive attitude and genuine drive to support people
• Saturday availability (rotating roster)
