• 99+ ATAR with 45+ raw study scores in VCE Maths (Methods, Specialist, or equivalent subject mastery).
• First-year university level knowledge or above in Mathematics.
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
• A full academic year commitment with 6–10 hours of weekly commitment.
• Alignment with Contour's mission (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required).
• A genuine passion for helping students succeed

2. Submit a short video (5–10 minutes) of you tutoring with a sample workbook we provide.
3. Attend an in-person interview, which includes Q&A and teaching a mock small-group class.
