The opportunity

As the first point of contact for LPE customers and stakeholders, you'll deliver calm, practical help across phone, email and our ticketing system. You'll handle move-ins/move-outs, billing questions, low-level complaints and early-stage payment support, ensuring every interaction is timely, accurate and professional.

What you'll bring

What you'll do

Reporting to the Customer Support Manager in a small team of 5, you will:


• Respond to general enquiries with empathy and efficiency across phone and email


• Set up account activations and move-ins/move-outs; liaise with site stakeholders


• Troubleshoot billing and usage concerns in partnership with our Billing team


• Arrange payment plans, manage early debt activity and disconnection notifications


• Support customers experiencing hardship via established processes and guidelines


• Keep accurate notes and follow compliance requirements every time


• Collaborate with your team and the wider business to improve how we work
