Food and Beverage Coordinator

The Realm Precinct is busier than ever and searching for a Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding, innovative and award-winning team in a full-time capacity.

The resort style 'Realm Precinct' consists of; Hotel Realm, Burbury Hotel & Apartments, Little National Hotel and Brassey Hotel and offers diverse, high-quality accommodation, conferencing and numerous food and beverage outlets. Our food and beverage venues include Ostani Bar, Louis Dining, The MED, Leyla Bar, The Alby and our most recent restaurant venture, Shaw Estate.

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team and help create unforgettable experiences across our vibrant food and beverage venues. You will coordinate events from start to finish, manage reservations, and bring energy and positivity to a fast-paced, supportive team. Strong communication and a passion for great service are key, along with a solid understanding of our venues, menus and offerings. We are looking for team members available five days a week, including one Saturday per month and occasional evenings.

What you will Bring:

As part of the Doma Hotels team, you will demonstrate a keen interest in delivering a high level of hospitality and always strive to exceed guest's expectations to create an extraordinary experience every step of the way. We are looking for a guest-service expert, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Your communication skills will be first class, and you'll adore interacting with our guests.

Naturally, your previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:

• The ability to coordinate events from start to finish and managing the reservations systems for our food & beverage venues including Ostani Bar, Louis Dining, The MED, Leyla Bar, The Alby and Shaw Estate

• The ability to monitor and action venue emails each day

• Professional and clear communication between guests and colleagues in order to deliver an extraordinary experience according to the agreed upon event orders

• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our food and beverage venues, menus, offerings and more

• Enthusiasm for providing flawless service and positive guest experiences

• Maintain an up-beat attitude and drive a positive energy through-out the teams while working in a large diverse group
