Automall Aspleyhave an outstanding opportunity for an Automotive Service Advisorto join our well established Service Team, based at Aspley.
This vital role is to deliver Customer Service Excellence to our valued guests each and every day when they bring their vehicle in for Servicing, Diagnostic or Warranty work.

The Role
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Use your owner's mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Keeping customers up to date on the servicing of their vehicle throughout the day
- Greeting customers on the driveway and ensuring we offer them the best customer experience - following up all requests they provide
- Advising Customers on the additional work or products their vehicles require
- Liaising with team to ensure jobs are completed within the allocated time
- Obtaining accurate pricing and preparing invoices
- Advising customers on parts/issues that may require fixing
- Handling complaints and ensuring prompt issue resolution
