About the role:

Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Developer for our key utilities client to support the final delivery of a D365 Customer Service CRM project, followed by ongoing support, optimisation, and enhancements. The role also includes broader D365, and Microsoft project work as needed. Responsibilities include configuring, developing, and maintaining workflows and code within the CRM system.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Build scalable Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps) and integrate APIs.
• Conduct unit testing, maintain technical documentation, and ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and developers to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge among team members.
• Translating business functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Document development processes, code changes, and user guides for future reference.
• Collaborating with our Sales & Marketing team to deliver demonstrations and workshops that inspire trust in our capability to deliver solutions that allow our clients' organisations to excel
• Proactively communicating with Project Manager & peers to assist the overall successful project delivery

Requirements:

Essential:

• 3+ years' experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong coding skills in C# and JavaScript, with exposure to .NET Core and SQL.
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 2–3 enterprise CRM projects.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, security, and integration practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSE) or equivalent experience.

Desirable:

• Exposure to SharePoint, Power BI, Azure ML, and Cognitive Services.
• Experience in the not-for-profit sector and/or customer-facing environments.
• Formal business analysis or CRM accreditation.
