An opportunity exists for a 
Trade Qualified Fitter Turner/Machinist
, having sound experience with the operation of Manual and 
CNC
 including:

  • Manual lathes and milling machines,
  • 4-axis Mazatrol Integrex/quickturn experience
  • Setting and operating 3-axis mill using Fusion360 on an Extron Controller

To be successful in this role you MUST also possess the following skills and abilities:

  • Trade qualified Fitter Turner or Machinist, ideally with at least 3 years post trade experience
  • Experience in general fitting and machining with stainless and tool steel fabrication, preferably on food processing equipment.
  • Familiarity with programming/modelling and AS1100 Drawing standards on Fusion360 will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work unassisted, work to deadlines and produce quality workmanship at all times.
  • Be comfortable in operating more than one machine at a time
  • Weekend work available during busy periods
