The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Loan Processing/Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and tracking client loan applications and providing robust administrative and office support. This includes:
- Initiating, preparing, and maintaining a tracking process for loan applications from submission to approval and settlement stages.
- Developing and actioning communication strategies to keep clients updated on their loan progress.
Key Accountabilities
Client Service:
Meet and greet clients, maintain the reception area, and answer incoming calls.
- Provide active and responsive communication with clients through timely and quality responses.
Monitor application forms, loan approval, and settlement steps by maintaining contact with lender credit approval and processing areas.
Loan Application / Follow-up:
Input loan data into the Mortgage Choice CRM.
- Track the status of loan applications as required by the Franchisee.
- Liaise with clients throughout the loan application process as directed.
- Prepare correspondence and maintain the client database.
- Coordinate the gathering of supporting evidence and compile loan submissions.
Key Attributes
- Previous administration experience preferred.
- Experience in financial services preferred.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Fantastic client services skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
