We are working with a range of major organisations who are driving transformation across complex and critical asset environments. These projects need experienced Change Managers who understand how to engage people, lead transitions and bring structure to uncertainty.

About the Opportunities

We're supporting multiple programs that require change specialists across:

  • Defence programs
  • Transport & Infrastructure upgrades
  • Asset Management System implementations
  • ERP and digital transformation rollouts
  • Whole-of-organisation restructuring and capability uplift

You'll bring structure, clarity and momentum to programs where people are navigating significant change.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking expressions of interest from Change Managers with:

  • Experience in organisational change, communications and/or transformation leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in asset-rich or complex technical environments
  • Experience applying structure change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR)
  • Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and communication planning skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and embed within client teams
