Position:Maintenance Supervisor Location:Pilbara, Western Australia Roster: 8:6, 7:7 Annual Salary:$195k per year + Super + $5,000 sign on bonus Employment type:Full-time About the role:

In this role, you will lead a team of trades personnel (HD Mechanics, Boilermakers, Auto Electricians), oversee maintenance activities, ensure smooth operation of mining equipment, and foster a strong safety culture.

Equipment we currently have onsite:

Excavators: CAT 6020

Loaders: CAT 988 & CAT 992

Dozers: CAT D10 & D11

Dump Trucks: CAT 785D

Graders: CAT 18

Drills: Epiroc D65

What we are looking for:

  • Prior site-based supervisory experience within mobile equipment maintenance (MEM)
  • Strong knowledge and exposure working on Caterpillar, Hitachi and Komatsu mining equipment
  • Demonstrable leadership, communication and people management skills
  • Knowledge of relevant mining related legislation (Schedule 26)
  • Previous AMT maintenance software exposure (Desirable)
  • Australian Recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Certificate
  • Valid Manual C Class Driver's Licence
