About the role

We are seeking an experienced Podiatrist to join this exciting Allied Health project and the Wunan Health team. We offer flexible arrangements for the right candidate, including full-time, part-time, or FIFO (0.5 FTE) opportunities, with possible options to work in Kununurra within the local community, and in private podiatry practice.

As part of a 12-month initiative to strengthen integrated and coordinated chronic conditions and allied health care, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the health and wellbeing of people in our community. You'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based podiatry care to individuals with chronic conditions and complex comorbidities by:

• Conducting screening, assessments and developing individualised treatment plans
• Reviewing and updating treatment plans to ensure clinical effectiveness
• Providing individual or group education on foot health, preventing or delaying complications, pain management and wound care
• Participate in MDT case conferencing and care planning
• Collaborating closely with local podiatry and other health services to deliver integrated and coordinated care
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, data collection and reporting requirements
• Contributing to the development of podiatry workflows, protocols and procedure

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' post-graduate clinical experience working with diverse client groups
• Strong clinical reasoning skills and the ability to respond to complex and diverse needs
• Exceptional team-player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to genuine strengths-based, responsive, person-centred care
• Strong clinical documentation and digital record-keeping skills with the ability to manage a caseload effectively
• Able to commence late December 2025
