As we continue to grow and prepare to launch an exciting new brand, we're looking for a passionate and experienced full-time Prestart Consultant to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This role is central to creating a smooth, positive, and memorable experience for clients as they make key decisions about their new home. You will lead clients through the entire Prestart journey, from their initial selections to the finalisation of documentation, delivering exceptional service, clear guidance, and precision throughout.

Working across a diverse range of projects, from first homes to custom luxury builds, you will ensure every client enjoys a tailored and thoughtful Prestart experience, underpinned by care and attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the selections process, ensuring clarity around documentation, and available customisation options
  • Conduct Prestart Selection Meetings with professionalism, empathy, and a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Prepare and process plan and addenda changes with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Liaise professionally and effectively with clients and internal departments to keep the project running smoothly
  • Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients
  • Compile and update mood boards and selection schemes for internal design references, and client selections
  • Manage the online selections portal (Constructive) for client selections, ensuring all product data, imagery, and options are accurate and current

About You

  • Proven experience conducting Prestart Meetings and managing variations/addenda changes (non-negotiable)
  • A qualification in Interior Design (preferred)
  • Experience using Constructive online selections portal (preferred)
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents and plans
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with excellent time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Truth Engine experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of the residential building process
  • A professional, well-presented demeanor
