Andromeda Security is expanding our Brisbane team and is seeking motivated Casual Security Guards to join our growing operations.

About the Role

You'll represent Andromeda Security at a range of sites and events across Brisbane, providing a strong security presence, ensuring safety, and delivering exceptional customer service. Shifts include days, nights, weekends, and public holidays — ideal for those seeking flexibility and varied work environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patrol and monitor premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Access control and visitor management
  • Incident response and reporting
  • Crowd control and event support (where applicable)
  • Provide professional customer service and uphold site rules and regulations

What We're Looking For

  • Current QLD Security Licence (Class 1)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • Reliable, well-presented, and professional at all times
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability for a variety of shifts (including weekends and nights)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.38 – $56.76 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
