This is your chance to play a leading role in ensuring every one of our services achieves Meeting or Exceeding outcomes. You'll coach, guide, and walk alongside Service Leaders and educators — helping them tell their story of quality through the moments that matter.

In this role, you'll:

Lead our A&R readiness process across the network

Conduct mock assessments and provide practical improvement strategies

Coach educators to embed Exceeding themes in everyday practice

Celebrate excellence and share inspiring practice across our services

You'll join a passionate team dedicated to creating Exceeding Themes Everywhere — quality that families see, and children feel.
