About the role:

We are looking for a motivated Trainer for the Certificate III & IV in Baking.

You will be responsible for:

• Program planning and operations
• Delivering training
• Conducting assessment
• Industry engagement in Baking
• Monitoring and reporting on academic progress

Skills and experience

Applicants MUST address the following SELECTION CRITERIA as part of their application:

• Experience in training in the VET sector in the area of baking or patisserie
• A relevant Industry qualification and links with employers
• Demonstrated understanding of training packages and units of competency
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116 or equivalent
• Experience validating assessment and learner resources
• Demonstrated adult learning/education and training experience
• High level communication, interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
• Advanced computer literacy/experience with MS Office
