Commercial Ceilings and Partitions Estimator

Gyppro is a successful Commercial Ceilings and Partitions company with projects all over Brisbane and Gold Coast. With projects ranging from $500K up to $10mil, this is a very exciting time for us as we are very quickly growing and expanding.

We are currently seeking an experienced Ceilings and Partitions Estimator to join our team.

The applicant must meet the following criteria:

• You will be experienced in Estimating, particularly with a background in Commercial Ceilings and Partitions OR you will have experience in the Commercial C&P field and would like to expand your career off the job site
• You will have experience with a range of estimating software including Cubit
• You will be technologically savvy and have the ability to utilise a range of office software proficiently, mainly Excel
• You will have the ability to read and interpret plans accurately and aren't afraid to seek clarification if necessary
• You will be dynamic, detail orientated and organised
• You will be honest, reliable and friendly
• You will have a helpful mindset and be results driven
• You will have the ability to form and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as staff, builders and suppliers.

You will work both independently and collaboratively with our team of Estimators and Director to produce quotes, scope of works, and breakdown of costs for each job. You will manage internal and external relationships and you will keep track of tender invitations via our tender software Estimate One. You will also oversee estimating on active jobs as required from time to time.

This role will be an office based role in the Yarrabilba area.
