Talent Acquisition Specialist – Asap, contract 3 months. High Volume, Retail

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 3 month contract to play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding exceptional talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Maintain and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

About You:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within a high-volume retail environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
