About The Role

Responsibilities Include
  • Provide strategic People & Culture leadership aligned with the School's values, strategies and long term goals.
  • Lead and manage all aspects of employment relations and industrial relations, ensuring compliance and positive outcomes.
  • Act as a key advisor to the Principal, Executive and Leadership Teams on workforce planning, change management and organisational development. Including the production and presentation of reports using relevant HR and staffing metrics.
  • Deliver operational services with excellence - contracts, policies, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, performance and more.
  • Foster strong, positive relationships across the School community build on trust, transparency and open communication.

About You:

About
  • A senior Human Resource professional with demonstrated experience in both strategic leadership and hands-on HR operations.
  • Expertise in employment law, enterprise agreements (including facilitation of agreements) and industrial relations within complex and varied environments.
  • An authentic people person, known for building strong relationships, navigating challenges with empathy, and leading with integrity.
  • Able to work at pace, adapt to change and manage multiple priorities with a calm, solutions focused approach within a team environment.
  • Experienced in leading wellbeing initiatives that enhance engagement, inclusion and performance.
