The Role

As an experienced Property Manager, you'll take full ownership of your own well-managed portfolio. You'll be empowered to work autonomously, supported by a positive culture that values professionalism, communication, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a well-maintained residential property portfolio end-to-end
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections using modern digital tools
  • Conduct lease renewals, rent reviews, and maintenance coordination
  • Handle arrears, tribunal preparation, and compliance with ACT legislation
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely property maintenance
  • Deliver outstanding client service and maintain Hive's quality standards

About You

We're looking for a confident, proactive Property Manager who's ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, modern environment.

You will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing a property portfolio
  • A current ACT Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
  • Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 (ACT)
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in property management software (PropertyMe or similar)
  • Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
